One of my basic principals, is that education and training must never stop.
I usually create small workgroups that get trained on new working techniques in order to evaluate their job skills. Training is directly related to the skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary to do a particular job. It can include teaching staff new skills on speaking, describing, selling or exposing them to unfamiliar ideas, giving them the chance to simulate difficult situations before they appear in real life.

Training for new staff who've never done this particular work before.
Training for new staff who may be experienced in the position, but need to meet the policy
Providing service with honesty, reliability, and absolute respect.
